YOU'VE DONE THE WORK.
Choosing a home birth can mean unlearning a lot of what we’ve been taught about our bodies and what birth is supposed to look like and where you "need" to be.
You’ve spent time learning, preparing, asking questions, choosing your birth team, and thinking about how you want your baby to enter the world. You’ve put thought and intention into creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully yourself.
That’s a pretty incredible thing.
And I’d love to document your story, not just so you can remember the day your baby was born, but so you can look back and remember how powerful, capable, and strong you were.

YOU CHOOSE WHO GETS INVITED IN.
It’s your space, your people, your music, your tub, your couch, your room.
You can move, eat, laugh, swear, get quiet, get loud, invite whoever you want into your birth space, and labor however feels right to you.
You’ve probably already pictured where the birth tub will go, how the lights will hang, what affirmations will be on the wall, and whether your kids will be there. You’ve thought about the people you want beside you and done the work with your birth team to create the kind of space where you feel safe, supported, and seen.
It’s intimate. It’s personal. It’s yours.
And if I’m invited in, I don’t take that lightly.
LET'S REMEMBER THE WHOLE STORY.
The birth tub filling. The hands on your back. Your partner beside you. Your midwife checking in. The waiting, the intensity, the laughs, the tears, and those first quiet hours with your baby.
I photograph the things you may not notice in the moment, along with the moments you know you'll never want to forget.
